Life goes by so quick to that we often forget to take a moment for ourselves. This goes beyond wanting time for a glass of wine. We stand in front of the mirror and think, “I wish I had a better ___.” “I wish I could ____.” The list is endless. We often wish, hope, and pray for a better version of ourselves, our lives, our partners – anything to dull the pain, curb the addictions, subdue the tears. We may be surrounded by negative people, toxic relationships, or a toxic mindset. It’s time to break the cycles we find ourselves in.
You are worth it, and there are people who care and will support you. You are the first step in the process. Do not be discouraged by obstacles of any kind. You are a lot stronger than you think.
Let today be the first day you start over. Remind yourself every day that you are worthy. You are favored. You are loved. You will succeed. Print that out and place it on all your mirrors if you have to. Let’s work harder to spread love and peace than division and hatred.

Life does go by quickly. What I learned over the years is to be careful what you wish for! I can remember many years ago I always told myself I wish I had a better____ I wish I could___. When those dreams finally came true, I realized they were not as great as what I imagined them to be 🙂 Moral of the story is to be happy with what you have instead of dreaming of things you don’t. It may not be that great anyway…
